One of my lads has an iPhone that needs replacing, he's having my old one which is in much better fettle than the one he's currently using. Problem is, he inherited the phone from a previous manager who now no longer works for us. The iTunes account on the phone is the previous managers, so I can't see a way to get the phone backed up so he can then restore my blank phone as his own - we don't know his iTunes password, so we have no way of getting past it to download any back up apps, etc, and we can't reset the phone either. Short of sitting on wifi at home and imessaging the contact details one at a time, does anyone else have any tips or tricks?

Cheers!

Ditch iTunes and use the far simpler and much better iMazing on your PC

http://imazing.com

Also install the free sister file manager and reader, FileApp, on your devices

AFAIK, the answer to this has always been 'No', unless you have the password you can not swap iTunes accounts and get full use from it. Even a factory hard-reset won't do it.
