Firefox and iphone help needed

My desktop pc has wheezed and died. Just picked up a new one from comet today.
On my old pc I had a great list of firefox bookmarks but I can't access the old pc to copy them to my new pc.

Still with me?.....

I synced all the bookmarks onto my iphone 4 via firefox home - is there a way to copy/sync these bookmarks from my iphone to my new pc?

As one numpty ...

... to another; can't you just reload iTunes and sync your phone ?

Not tried that yet-i seem to recall syncing without using itunes?

I don't think you can using iTunes

I tried to get my contacts of my iPhone into Outlook when accidently deleted my Outlook contacts.

Gave up in the end. You may be able to find an app that can do it.
