The implication was more 'tosser' than 'w.nker',as 'w.nker' is still quite a harsh term of abuse,even nowadays. My reaction to your posting was due to your 'simple statement' reading like a chastisement to the guys for discussing spending a grand on motorcycle accessories while people are starving in a far flung land thousands of miles away......People who have starved for decades,and who will continue to starve for decades due to many political reasons out of our control....
