I think polishing a bike to that degree should be made a criminal offence, but having said that, I do use 'shiny sinks' on my SS pots and pans to very good effect.....it's a lot cheaper than these fancy auto polishes and it gets the really nasty stuff and the blue effect from overheating off my pots, so I guess it'd probably work well on a bike *shudder*
