Bloody great rang at 9 15am this morning picked up the master cylinder repair kit at 11 30am by 630 tonight my 1100 was back on the road top dealer if you ask me .................perhaps i should mention the place in bristol i rang first only because it was nearer than JS ...and how it was suggested i ring them back in an hour or 2 as the spares chap was to busy to speak to me

OH well if i do buy a new 1200S it wont be from there :nono

I'll second that. I enquired about a Schuberth C2 helmet, not only were they the cheapest but he said it would be special order because it was a metallic finish - if they got it on the Monday I would have it on the Tuesday (it was Thursday when I enquired). Oh yeah I thought how many weeks later?
It turned up on the Tuesday - only 4 days after I ordered it.
Sherlocks and Nippy Normans - wouldn't deal with anyone else !!

Ordered a major service kit last Friday, it arrived at work today. (Tuesday after the Bank holiday)

SPC charged me £23 odd for two spark plugs & an oil filter kit. For £47 I got oil, air, petrol,all the crush washers for fluid changes, 4 spark plugs (twin spark bike) & an alternator belt. God knows what SPC would have charged for that lot.

Pleased with the service.
