Yeah I have had a pair of the K7 jeans with the knee and hip armour in for the past couple of years.
Really comfortable both on and off the bike. The knee armour is really the only give away that they are not normal jeans and even then that is only when sitting down. Also ankle is wide enough to easily wear boots with them.
They are great up here in Aberdeen as they are pretty thick, so they're warm enough for use most of the year round. If you were looking for something to wear on warmer summer days I suspect these would be a bit heavy.
They also feel as though they would do well in a tumble - thankfully I've not had to test that out!
