jerky Scroll bar

Right, I'm getting really pissed off with it now.

The bottom scroll bar keeps flickering, the rh scroll is intermittent and when used it sometimes brings multiple bottom scroll bars across the page

It only happens on this forum and started about the time the flippin snow flakes appeared on the page.

Any ideas?

Tried re-booting the thing yet? anything it's trying to do will just reset and normal program should return

Is there a flash component for the snowflakes? I've got flash blocked, so I don't see either. Turn it off and see ?

It's been rebooted several times and had a system restore, a virus scan etc.
It just started when the 'snowflake' were turned on

But it only happens on UKGSer, is BHT pissed off with me over his trailer perhaps

I was using Google Chrome, now I've switched back to Internet Explorer and it's working fine

My computer is doing exactly the same on google chrome, it started with the snow falling. After 3 epileptic fits saw this thread now on explorer.
All is well.
