Hi all I am a big believer in giving some one a pat on the back for a job well done !

So here goes and the start no doubt of some controversy ! Many of you will know of Marshalls BMW at Grimsby formerly know as Astles, long story short I bought my 11 plate GSA1200 last February from them having got what I considered to be cracking deal on my GSA1150 trade in. Last month I got an email from Paul Clarke offering a pick up and drop off service if you were wanting your bike serviced without having to ride through all the winter crap.

Needless to say I took them up on the deal and had the bike given its 25k service , it was collected at the specified time and like wise dropped off at the specified time clean as a pin and running sweet as a nut! I know from previous posts on here that they have not always had the best reputation particularly when they traded as Astles but as far I am concerned the customer care, servicing and follow up have been second to none and everything you would expect when shelling out your hard earned cash to a dealership!

Job well done enough said :thumby:

They have become a lot better in recent months

Paul is a top chap and has tried very hard to improve the image left over from Astles

I couldn't agree more with you I've never been one for dealerships to be honest but I have a whole new perspective on them !!!

I'll second that , only been to a astle for my recall and tried a rallye jacket on , seems it was my lucky day got trousers for 100 quid :thumb and jacket for 230.

Always good to see positive reviews of a dealer that has managed to turn its performance around, it shows the new management are listening and implementing the correct changes.
