John Taylor dies in Bike Accident

Very sad to report that John Taylor was killed in an accident in Calne this monring.

6 times British Enduro Champion and Bike Garage owner who many will know from Taylor Racing and bike sales was killed on Calne by-pass two hours ago while testing a moped after servicing it. How it happened is not known and still under investigation.

Terrible loss for everyone and his family are going through the worst as I type.

Yep...me as well..... many bikes over the years.

Gabby, that's why I thought I'd heard of a Taylor Racing death some years back. Who was the other, just to put my memory straight?
I had some dealing with them when the first DR350 bikes came out but can't remember.

Always sad to hear of RTA death involving a bike rider.

Andy Taylor was killed in a bike accident about 10 years or so back. John, who died this morning, leaves two brothers, wife and two sons.

Thats really sad news John sold me a couple of my trail bikes in the past and was always very helpful and informative.

I think that was Dave Taylor, used to run a trail park in the south east I think.
