Johnnyboxer's Yorkshire Wombat Hunt to explore some byways

Yesterday, the Yorkshire GS contigent decided we'd have some of this Wombat Hunt off-road malarkey...........

Started off from Thirsk @ 10.30 am and got back @ 8pm with Jez, Jim McFlurry, Sue and Fritz/Bev.

I was Dakar 650 mounted and the rest were on the big Twins !!

Most of us were on Tourances, with Jez and Fritz on TKC's......but it was dry enough to be ok

We did about 140 miles in total, taking in about 10-12 Green lanes over the Howardian Hills to the Yorkshire Wolds, finishing off back in the Hambleton Hills near Helmsley
