Joined the big boys (at last)

Crashed and wrote off my Dakar 650 about 7 weeks ago, it ended up suspended between two trees whilst I took to flying into the undergrowth and, happily, finding a softish landing. Broken rib, decent bit of bruising and nothing else but the loss of the bike, hemet etc. Insurance paid, not enough to consider buying one new, and today picked up a very decent, five year old, and fully accessorised 1150GSA. So now I feel like a fully fledged GSer again, and that feels good.

Good to see that at least you were repairable....
