Jump start terminal kit fitting

Some help please guys, I bought this today and I'm not sure if it goes on the top or bottom terminal of the starter solenoid.

A clue - Try the terminal with the battery live lead attached to it.

It's the terminal i attach the jump lead to if i need to jump start a bike.
