I've recently removed the Cat and fitted a Remus Y pice to my 2002 Single spark 1150.
It came fitted with the Yellow code plug when it had the Cat and standard can.
I've seen many reports about using differing "jumpers" for different configurations, could someone advice me on a starting point (if required) for my current set up please? (Still with Standard can)
Many thanks in advance ...

Hi Spud, I’ve run a ‘Y’ piece and standard can a couple of times, in fact that’s my set up at the moment, I’ve always left the Yellow Cat Code plug in. :beerjug:

Did you ever try to read it with a 911, and what did you find ?

Personally I’d fit a Greek johns chip and code plug according to his recommendation.:thumby:

Fitted a stage 9 to tuftys bike the other week, with a link wire to mimic a yellow plug,he was a very happy tufts,.
On my ,now sold 1100,stage 8 with Remus, everyone who rode it commented how nice it went, fuel use went from 160 a tank to 200.
Also had a customer with an 850gs,complained of snatching and surging on small throttle, cruise throttle( they all do that sir)
Stage 8 chip,sorted.
I have never read a negative review.

I would also agree with Mikeyboy very worthwhile investment transforms the bike just upgraded from stage 7 to stage 10 easy to fit

Hey spud no not yet haven't got one and haven't been able to borrow one yet
