Well - I had an operation on my right knee cartilage 2 weeks ago and had a rather bad tear sorted. The pain after the operation was nothing compared to the pain before!.

Doing physio for the last two weeks, and slightly ignoring the the physio's advice - I went out on the bike to day!!!

BLOODY MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!

Knee is fine - just a flesh wound and all that stuff. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

A lot better for your knee than a stationary bike :beerjug:
