after the bike fire bmw told us not to move the burnt out mess untill their forensics had inspected it 3 weeks later and lots of calls from us still no show then they send a recovery tuck that drags it 30feet across the drive and takes it away wife rings up and tells them not to dispose of it untill we say its ok got our house insurees to get own forensics in make apointment to inspect bike WOE AND BEHOLD its just disapeard seems abit fishie to me or am i just being paranoied ???

Its a bit tricky to read your post as it doesn't have any punctuation and doesn't make much sense. But from what I can make out, it seems that you are saying the BMW arranged for the bike to be picked up, and now they seem to have lost it. Correct?

Presume that you have signed paperwork from whoever picked it up?

It does seem a bit weird as the bike doesn't belong to BMW, as I guess the bike belongs to your or your insurer, so looks like an interesting liability case with BMW if it really has disappeared.

Sounds like they've lost your bike! Tell them it was only FPC failure when they picked it up!
