I just cant understand you lot . Everyone goes on and on and on about bigger tanks, year after year.
An enterprising, talented bloke with an eye for design and not a little bit of natural talent gets off his backside ... buys himself some aluminium and spends the best part of the week beating, shaping, welding. Literaly sweating blood to make a couple of hundred 62 litre tanks to satisfy the unending desire for fuel capacity superiority.
And what does he get for his efforts. The kids wondering where their dad is. The neighbours complaining about the banging coming from the shed 24 hours a day.
And to top it all ... when the result is presented to his so called buddies ... derision, suspicion and comments on the hut roof and the decking.
I dont know.... whats a man to do?
Well ... Ive just flung them all in the skip and the they are away to the dump.
You had your chance and you have blown it. They are no more.
I suppose I'd better get back to the spoke cleaning. Snodog, when are you available?
