air intake

Anyone know how deep you can go with an 800gs?

You can go as deep as the air intakes which are quite high for this particular GS. The 1150 and 1200 are lower. Keep in mind that wake you will create when crossing a water obstacle.
 
Did anybody take a look at his Ducati in Death Valley vid..........I've seen still shots of these bikes posted in here and ADV but not seen one in action before

That's not just any Ducati... it's a Terra Mostro :drool
 
Terra Mostro?!! is that some kit bike for the US or what?

Never heard of it and the design looks kind of retro....:nenau

You can see some of the earlier Monster features in it.

looks to be a great sand tyre, wonder how they'd work in the black stuff up here.....

But I want the bl...y bike:drool, anyone seen it up close??
