There is also an HJC dual sport helmet due out in May / June. RRP is £99.95. I have no experience of Marushin but the HJC lids in my local Heine Gericke seem decent vfm.
Of course if you are used to a £300 Arai the they'll both feel a bit cheap. Worth a look for a spare / off road use though.
