What lubricant does one use on the sliding sides, GT85 or Silicon?

I understand that GT 85 is a silicone based product. I certainly use it on the sleeves and levers inside my Vario box.

GT 85 has PTFE in it's formulation & has the added advantage of smelling like Pear Drops!!
