I believe that it is not a bad deal, not really a exceptional one but temptation and the desire were too large...delivery foreseen for end of February

15.540 Euro for the 2008 model with the security pack (ABS, ASC and RDC), heated grips, computer, alarm, handguards and the thing to hang the panniers (I kept the panniers and top-box from my old bike)

Why didn't you choose for ESA ? I didn't order my 2008 GSA with ESA, because I expect not even to have to use it and it's rather new.

Dank u Direktor ! I didn't choose ESA mainly because this option is expensive and also because I do not think that it is really useful; maybe I'm wrong...

Yeah, I agree it is not a bargain. Yet I changed my mind last minute during the weekend and made a change to my order today. Not sure how much use I will have with it, but I'm primarily interested in the 2-up & 1 up-luggage and the sport/comfort/normal settings for normal road use. Not much of an off-roader anyway.
