k&n filter, which way up?????

just cleaned my k&n filter on an r100, buggered if i can remember which way up it went. anybody know? cheers.

I wouldn't have thought it would matter TBH.......if it was meant to fit one way rather than t'other, it would surely be marked up as such

I mark mine when I take it out so it goes back in the same way up.

Even when cleaned, are you sure all the crap is out no point in blowing it
down the lungs of the bike
