Wife is having a clear out of the spare room and came across this

I remember paying about £400 for it, what must be over 10 years ago now. TBH I don't wear watches often and it's been in the box most of it's life. Thing is, I could get a battery fitted and wear it once and forget about it again, or try and sell it - but what's it worth? Glass seems okay, clasp is scratched but I have all the boxes and manuals if that helps. Strap has been cut down to fit my slim wrists but new ones with clasp are only about £20. 1000020758.jpg1000020756.jpg1000020752.jpg1000020757.jpg1000020759.jpgAny suggestions?

Service looks reasonable if you want to keep it https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-gb/service-prices
Official Tissot UK service prices for touch-screen/T-Touch models cost £70 for a partial service and £285 for a complete overhaul. Shipping costs are excluded, and prices may vary if extra components like titanium bracelets or specialized parts need replacement.

For price, look at eBay what they are sold for not for how much they want. Quiet an advanced watch at the time.

And there's the rub - spend £300 sending it for a service and sell it for £200. Might as well keep it, unless anyone wants to make a sensible offer

The Mrs has two TAG watches that have spent the best part of 30 years in the drawer. Paid for expensive services many many moons ago and put them back in the drawer. Never again. Stick a £10 battery in and wear it or take a quick £100 for it sold as is. Either way you get the pleasure. As watches go, many are nice to look at, many are mass produced and few are retirement money examples. Unless its the latter just take the easy route. I don't wear watches nor do I collect them as you've probably guessed.

I have an early T-Touch and it’s my daily wear. Cheap battery change and a nato strap i love it. Really light on the wrist and something a bit different. Wear it.
