very good kit
No, but I did pick up a jacket and controller from warmnsafe.eu a few weeks ago and think it's excellent kit. When I was reading about them Keis did seem to have good reviews too, but I liked the option of the remote controller on the stuff I got, very neat.
Good kit but as with all heated vests make sure they are a close fit, after losing 3 stone my Keis is a bit baggy and a loose fit makes a massive difference to how much benefit you get from them 
It's great kit but it does have some negatives.
Firstly they NEED a controller. Don't think about running one without. They get up to 65 degrees when run without and IIRC skin starts to burn at 60 degrees. A friend had some nasty blisters from wearing one and not realising it was burning till it had done some damage.
Secondly the 1st generation controllers are wired with wires coated in the most brittle insulation known to man, and don't take ANY abuse before the wires are falling off. Easily solved with some heat shrink over the wires to re-enforce them, but something to be aware of.
As for the positives, they FAR outweigh the negatives. The biggest plus for me is the fact they can be run by battery as well as straight from the bike, meaning I can hop onto a mates bike and stay warm, and it can be used off the bike (wife uses em around the camp site of a summer evening as she feels the cold). They do the job really well. I generally wear just a HH Lifa vest under mine and am fine with my textiles over it, meaning I don't feel trussed up like the Michelin man.
Hopefully getting the new matching heated gloves next month for my birthday. I expect good things.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'm going to take the plunge in time for the Exeter trial. Those who did the 2009 Exeter will see the reasoning.
Adam: thanks for the tip on the controller - I never even considered they'd get hot enough to cause such harm.
