Has anyone got the instructions on how to swap out a broken key blade on a keyless ignition fob? Got a new blade coming tomorrow and wasn’t sure if there is a special technique for it?

Just push this pin out with a small rod or one of those little tools you get to extract a SIM card. Think, if I remember right I did it with a small drill. Then pull the blade out. Reverse everything with the new blade. There'll be a new pin with the new blade. Bob's yer uncle

My key snapped vey close to the fob and the BMW shop couldn't get it out after an hour.
I took it home and had it done in 5 mins with a 90 degree pick. Just ease up either side until there's enough to get some small mole grips on it.

Done mine no issue, often think about getting a spare.
