Key coding of Vario Paniers

Hi all,

I've been trying to avoid hammering again on this issue but I cannot find the thread or post that shows how key the locks to the ignition key. I am thinking of buying a set of paniers but the locks need to be re-coded. Does anyone knows where this post is?
