Keyboard and loading problems

Help!

My keyboard is not typing the ''at'' symbol anymore. It now displays " instead when I type the 'at' symbol. Any ideals and advice.

Also, although my broadband speed is checked on several sites at 2.5 to 4 MB but it takes ages to download pages/sites - almost like it was still running a dial up 512k connection. Any suggestions?

go to control panel>language option (or similar).

you have the US keyboard layout installed. change to UK.
