To me, it seems like a solution to a problem that didn't exist. I love the keyless start that's brilliant because I was always leaving my keys in the ignition but the key is fuel cap just seems like a novelty that I don't need

Agreed and typically will break when you really don't want it too!!

I have a Givi tank bag ring fitted and replaced all the Givi supplied screws with Torq ones so the tool under my seat still works should it ever fail

Watch out because I found the ring scratched my filler cap surround quite badly over time
