You've never had puncture? Blimey! I didn't get a puncture in the OEM Anakee 3's (gawd bless 'em), but I've had at least one in every tyre since one, including a front.

Just ping them a mail to ask about delivery. Something has obviously been overlooked. The guy's name is Ben Assender (or maybe he just likes bagging Munros)

key now arrived - response was quick once I flagged up non-delivery. Mine is identical to the one in the 1st post from the same vendor

Just ordered a couple of keys from Ben (£13.50 each plus postage). I have to say the guy couldn't have been more helpful and all at 8.30 this morning. Of course will have to wait for keys But impressed so far

I recently asked my BMW dealer in Greece and he was able to provide a new original key after entering my VIN in the system, for my keyless R12LCA. Price was 20euros (this was for just a normal key not the fob).
I wanted to have a cheap alternative to use with my paniers and seat...It was delivered in a weeks time.
So i assume you can just ask your dealer for this!
