On the spare plastic key there is a white label with a barcode on it, there is also above that is a single letter followed by a four digit code. That is the code you need.

They sent me the wrong key the first time but quickly replaced it when i complained Key2code that was.

I purchased a non chip key, took my original key to the local locksmiths, he cut one for £12.99
So the chipped key gets zipped away in my pocket and never brought out. Less chance of losing it. The bike is keyless, so I used the non chipped key for luggage locking and removing the seats.
