When I showered this morning I waited 5 minutes for the water to get hot but it didn't! I mentioned it to staff lady here (who was delivering my very own table and chair to my tent). She told me if I put 2 Euro in the black box thing and pick a shower number I'll get 7 minutes of hot water! She then gave the 2 Euro for another shower.

Kandersteg is well worth a visit/stop. Site of an International Scout Camp, I have taken my scout group there a few times, both in summer and winter.

I've done it a couple of times in a VW Transporter... constantly found myself covering the brake. A weird experience!

Just wander round the old town up the hill. When you exit the old town at the top, after passing a few bars, there is Bar Del Paologas, good basic bar.

And if you look hard you'll find Pub 46! Great pizza

Here it is.

It's going to be a long afternoon/ night. At least I'll be on the road a lot more tomorrow, thats how I like it!
Did I tell you my airbed won't inflate? Must have a puncture.It's now in the bin!
