A friend of mine, John Bryden, is doing an 8,000 mile trip around Europe on a Honda 125, in aid of The Kirsty Bryden Memorial Trust, which is a charity helping to improve the lives of children who are suffering from serious life limiting illnesses, children with special needs and their siblings.

While any donations to the charity would be more than welcome it is not the main reason I am posting this up. The charity is a no overheads charity, so 100% of the donations go to the kids. Nothing will be used for admin costs or trip expenses. John travels by the seat of his pants and relies on public support to lend a hand. He relies a lot on the good will of organisations and individuals to help raise money or provide services.
Around the 5th of July he will be traveling over to Holland. He has already approached a number of Ferry companies but has had no joy with getting reduced or free travel. He is still hoping to find some way to reduce his costs so any help or suggestions would be more than welcome. Even getting his bike in the back of a van or lorry going over to Holland would at least reduce his costs.
If any body does come up with anything then John can be contacted by email:
J BRYDEN <[email protected]> or
Tel: 01687 470 404
Mobile: 07717 183 159
Just mention that it was in reply to a UKGSers post by Iain Ferguson
Thanks a lot for taking the time to read
