I am looking at this site for panniers

The guy has what looks like the Daerr boxes but also makes a pannier set of his own.
Has anybody had any experience with his panniers?
Are they any good?

i got the cheapest ones he sells and im happy with them they do the job attached to givi rails .strong enough and watertight

He makes a set with 2mm aluminium for slightly more than the daerr boxes, so I was thinking they should be a bit stronger.
My concern is that I cant seem to find anyone with a 2mm set fitted to give some hands on opinion.
