Does anyone have any personal experience of the above?

I need a new jacket and this is on my shortlist, yet to try it on though and am just going on web reviews etc.

Opinions good or bad.

Thanks.

Have a word with the boys at Adventure Bike Warehouse, they may be a bunch of Tossers but they'll be honest about the kit they sell :thumb

A friend of mine was going to buy the badlands and in the end bought a cheaper but similar one (Don't know if it was the traveller). He says it's a nice jacket for sunny days but has no liner and is quite cold on not so hot days

Better than the Rallye Pro3 ?

I only need it for on-road riding in all honesty.

The key difference to the Rallye 3 is that the outer is waterproof, where as the Rallye relies on a liner to keep you dry. If you're an all weather rider, then I would say the Latitude, for that reason alone, is a better jacket. If you're a fair weather rider, the better breathability and venting of the Rallye, makes it a great jacket for warm weather.

Sounds like a Traverse:

I've one and like it as for me, up to about 30 deg C it isn't too hot with the vents open, due to the lack of liners, and if it gets cold, add layers. And if it rains, close up the vents.
