Are they true to size or generous?

They aren't very generous, I bought them as they were listed as being 32/34, I wear a 34 in jeans but these are very tight on me.

I’m a 31 waste so these might be ok for me if they come up small. Do you know what leg length they are?

They are 31", there's a good amount of adjustment in the waist too.
