Klim overland

another one for Klim :thumb2 got the Badlands pro and love it. out in a thunderstorm the other day and it was totally dry on the inside but at the same time the jacket was not waterelogged and dried out in no time once home. another plus for me is that the jacket material feels substantial and i feel that in an "off" would give me good abrasion protection, excellent, so good in fact the Mrs. has now got the ladies version, the Altitude in grey and as well as being a great jacket as above looks the dogs bollox :thumb2

i would have the pants but, they don't fit me

both got from Adventure Bike Warehouse, top team :thumb2

If you want to try some gear I can send it to you to try on.

Do you keep all sizes in stock? I'm only over the Pennines and a ride across with my CC may prove costly but fruitful. :beerjug:

Another thumbs up for badland pro jacket, top bit of kit in all weathers, only one gripe cuffs! Bit tight for gloves and in bad weather I can't keep the thumb hole pull out cuff thing dry. Anyone cut that bit out yet?

I bought the Klim BP jacket and troos - awesome kit

Hate the knee armour cos I cannot get it to sit right despite fecking with velcro bits...
Gaz's advice re: Powerlet jacket means I can ride in all weathers.. great stuff.

Got most sizes in stock so you are welcome to pop across.

Didn't plan on taking any to the Hograost but if you guys want to have a look and try some out then I can no problem.

My bank account would prefer it if you didn't!:comfort:D

I hated the d30 knee armour and bought some Knox knee socks. I have removed the armour from the socks and tried it in the Klim gear and it now fits much better than the d30 stuff.
Rode down to the airhead weekend through shitty conditions for 11/2 - 2 hours, bone dry :clap:clap:clap

I'm guessing the new Overland jacket is why the Traverse has come down in price so much. Anyone had experience of both? Other than the armour (which I'm not bothered about) is the Overland worth the extra money?
