Knee armour pockets/tubes

I'm looking for some comfortable knee armour pockets to wear under various riding trousers. Often the knee armour doesn't sit in the right place or it can move around and then potentially not do it's job.
I have some old motocross ones but they are too small to take the D30 armour I've got.
I've seen the Forcefield tubes and they'll good but I just want the empty tubes, I've got the armour.
Any recommendations?
