A fantastic line up of Colin's personal cars in the pit garage plus Subarus and Mark 2 Escorts as far as the eye can see. Plus another tent full of legendary Audi and other rally cars.

McRae junior (Alastair) plus Mr Sheddon participating in the 10 stage event. Plus a handful of youngsters in the Junior class. Great to see the older cars being used in anger. The V8 Firenza sounded good.

Enjoyed the strongest breeze I've ever met there, but only one nasty shower plus another downpour on the way home.

Was the V8 Firenza Gerry Marshall's Baby Bertha?

No. It was a rufty tufty rally car rather than that very nice ground hugging track racer. Sounded good though.

I should have looked at the entry list... :blast. So it was - crewed by none other than Stig Blomqvist / Pauline Gullick.

This one...? It's actually a South African Firenza Can-Am 5.0 litre, owned by Jimmy McRae, I believe.
