Probably not the best place to sell this but you never know!
Kona Unit in large
Reynolds 520 steel frame 29er
The pink frame colour was only available as the single speed 'unit' which is what this bike started life as. I built this as my bike packing bike and as such I converted it to a 12 speed using SRAM GX/NX parts. The cassette is 11-50 so you could pretty much ride up the side of your house should you wish. If you really hate yourself I can put it back to SS.
Its an absolute blast to ride and makes easy trails fun. I ran it with a PWN dropper, Brooks saddle, Surley alt bars and Hope pedals but I'm keeping those for my next bike.
I replaced the bottom bracket a couple of weeks ago as a preventative measure, it felt a bit stiff as it'd been stood for over a year due to a house move / new job / puppy. It's not been used much as it was always my bike packing rig and I've got other mountain bikes but there is wear on the frame due to the bags rubbing.
They're an iconic due it all bike that never fails to make you smile but I'm going for a more gravel oriented setup. It's running tubeless WTB 2.6" tyres and everything works as it should. I'm in Haltwhistle halfway between Newcastle and Carlisle but I'm down in Derby this weekend and could meet somewhere along the way. £650 - Phil 07545 062455
