Kove 800x Pro. 2026 model huge price reduction.

As per the title
The Kove 800x Pro 2026 model has had its price cut from £9699 down to £7999 so about 17% price cut.
I knew about the new price when I ordered mine but its now been officially announced.
Pick mine up week after next fingers crossed.
Pictures a a first impression report to follow shortly afterwards if any interested.
It’s chinky shite so not many 🤣😱.

nothing shite about Kove build quality Had my 450 rally for over 2 years , i hope they drop the price of the light weight 800 rally
 
which dealer are you getting yours from DB?
 
I would be interested in hearing of your experience so far with this moto.

It’s going to be a headache for the Superbike store. Discounts like this must have an effect on used bike prices. JJH

Hey Att.
I ordered the bike with the understanding that it was due for delivery late May / early June as I wanted it to do the Portugal ACT route, departing June 14th.
Unfortunately delivery was delayed until after my departure date so I cancelled and got a full refund and did the ACT route on my old KTM 640 adventure.
So I’m not in a position to give my real life opinion on the bike.

I will in all likelihood buy the Kove 800x Pro ( not the X rally) later this year or early next year as will be selling the 640 adventure after the KTM rally in Italy in September.

Pretty much all the feedback I’ve read seems to be very positive on the bike and importantly they have revised the lubrication system to avoid the cam wear issues on the KTM 790 engine that the Kove 800x is based on.

Sorry I can’t be of more assistance at the moment mate.

Ps in Portugal the bike is €7999 euro which seems fantastic value.

They discounted the new 2026 model in late may this year. From £9.5k. Down to £7999.
When they announced the price reduction they gave full refunds to everyone who had placed an order at the old higher prices.
Seems very fair to me.

It is a good price here and I cannot see anything else that matches it, it is why I was asking for more info.

I want to get rid of the Honda and the Mash and that would cover the cost of the Kove....I see a track when I am on the road on the Hornet and want so badly to do it, so the Kove would hopefully be the best of both Worlds, same power and with a few mods it should be lighter....I have a DR BIG, but I do not want to destroy it, I don`t mind roughing up a modern bike, as it will just be for thrills and fun.

I am surrounded by hundreds of miles of off road tracks, it would just make sense.

I have watched many YT vids and no one really has anything bad to say about it so far!

Sounds like a good plan. I don’t think you’d regret it. Is there a Kove dealer near you where you can get a test ride?
For what it’s worth, I did test ride both the xPro version and the Rally version.
The Rally version was just to off road biased for me and it didn’t inspire me with road riding confidence.
The xPro had great road manners ( for an 21 inch front wheeled bike) and the 2026 version I rode had the quick shifter, cruse control, steering damper etc and none of the snatchy throttle of the Rally version and £1500 cheaper too.
The xPro is only 5kg heavier than the rally even with all the bells and whistles. 190kg wet with 20 litres of fuel.
