I have seen some info on the rucksack but not a lot on the bum bags.

Anyone used 'em? What results?

I like having a BB with the essentials in it so I can jump off bike (not literally) and know I have phone, wallet, cash, camera etc. all with me without having to ferret around for stuff in a tank bag / pannier.

My current bag has served very well but it isnt waterproof, so a waterproof insert is required which isnt big enough for all the stuff.

Also the Kriega stuff does look good.

So views....

Krug / Kriega Bum-bag

Used & abused for many years, mostly off road on long distance trials.

Waterproof, secure, built to last, safety padding between your kidneys & emergency tool kit - quality kit & highly recommended.

Expensive but then you tend to get what you pay for.

Only issue that I've had with mine, is that I've often tried to carry as much as the bag will hold - way too much & had to dump items as my fitness levels are not what they were (if ever!).

All the best, Jim.

They're not as nice as the Kriega version, but at well under half the price, they're well worth it.....I use mine all the time and it's a great bit of kit for the money :rob

PS Les at Traveldri stocks Kriega stuff.....I've had problems in the past finding it available but he does it :thumb2
