Kriega OS-32 on GSA Luggage Rack

Mounted directly to the Hexhead's GSA rack without using the adapter plates (just strapping them on). Could you share any pictures/experiences of this, how do they fit etc. especially on the exhaust side ??

They should work fine but you could strap the Kriega plates to the racks with heavy duty velcro tie-downs. Hard luggage is more secure but takes up more storage space.

Exhaust heat on mine isn't an issue but exhaust gas does waft back and makes the LHS case smell of exhaust.

Looking at this again I think I could use the mounting plates and get them to attach to the exhaust side pannier, this guy has done that on a Triumph and the bag seems to be secure. He even crashed it !

The issue will be your hotel room/tent smelling of bike exhaust when you take your bags in with you. Not a problem with hard cases of course as they stay on the bike.

I just ordered an Akrapovic exhaust for it. Surely this will smell nice
