In less time than expected, my Wings exhaust arrived today from Gorazd Marovic of Wings in Slovenia. Have to say, the packaging was superb with everything nicely wrapped and it would take a real cack-handed postal worker to cause any damage. All the bits and pieces were individually wrapped too in a seperate box that sat on top of the styrofoam that encased the pipe. It was just like xmas today, especially as there was also a nice T-shirt included. :D

Fitting was straight forward and taking the oe pipe off just showed how heavy it is. Getting the new pipe to line up was dead easy and if I wasn't being so particular, it could have been on in about five minutes. Upon completing the fitment, it was time to fire her up.

OMG ! What an improvement over the stock pipe. Not too noisy (it comes with a choice of baffles or you can leave them out) and Gorazd's motto of 'Because sound matters' is very apt. It's superb. :thumb2

Quality is faultless and to say the least, I'm very impressed, very very impressed. :bow

IMO, it's by far the sweetest looking pipe available for the 1190. It's less bulky that the Akro and smoother looking than the Remus. Plus it's also less expensive (don't want to say cheaper as there's nothing cheap about this product) than either of those options.

Happy bunny. :bounce1

Looks good. I do hope you ran it with only the link pipe fitted - just to see how loud it was:cool:

You can see the quality.......looks good, even in a photo :thumb2

Looks like a nice can too :beerjug:

Wings have always been a good alternative to Akras and the latter are now stupidly expensive.

That looks very nice !!!

I assume that's the Standard and not the Short option ?

Just a tip. Whatever you do, do not turn the power off the the grey plug above your bench.

A very impressive looking bit of kit, that :thumb

I'm surprised it doesn't come with a nice badge on the side?

Third pic down, badge in it's own little packet. That's the badge for the pipe. You can decide if you want it on or off. I chose off, but can put it on at a later date should the notion take me.

Wings don't make exhausts for BMW as they focus on performance bikes, but if they did, would this be a suitable badge to stick on ? :

I like the Wings also.
