Already found that one on the web, was also given to me by the dealer, but its now the number for 'Mobile Fuel Drains Ltd'

I am half hour from their office, so if in a real pickle I would turn up and ruin their day, but the reality is you should be dealing with the dealer - who I believe should do everything in his power to resolve his customers issues (remember you are his customer, he is KTM's customer)

I would only go direct if the dealer was being an arse.

Points well made. But it was the dealer who suggested I call KTM direct and gave me the (wrong, but widely advertised) number to get a new key sorted.

Its a UK number (01280 709500) it exists, but its no longer KTM's

They are now at Silverstone

Customer service is fooking shocking i recon theres only one fella (Aaron) they can take days to reply.

I'm afraid that Laguna Maidstone (even within KTM circles) have a reputation for being a bit wank
