Kurviger pro on two phones

Is that possible with one purchase of the app or do you have to purchase for each device. What do you do when you get a new phone. I have kurviger pro on one phone but when I try to load it on a backup phone it asks for payment.

I have it loaded on PC/tablet/phone.
I had no problem installing it on a new phone. I was using the same sim though.

In short, the answer to my question is yes. Today I tried to install it on the,second phone and it did it without asking for payment. Probably takes their system a while to fully integrate a new purchase. It will have nothing to do with the sim as different sims on those phones, it will be linked via Google account name.
