It is waterproof. Ripstop with decent ventilation. Integrated balaclava. Lots of pockets.
Surprisingly good quality and decent features for an entry level jacket.
The zip is a great size to pull with gloves on which many more expensive brands fail to do.
The liner attachment system is good and again better than more expensive brands.
