Laminar lip

Hi,
I am new to this so please excuse the stupid questions. I am the proud owner of the 2008 R1200GSA, I absolutely love it apart from 1 thing. I am 6'7" and i am experiencing a bit of buffeting from the standard screen. I have seen a Laminar Lip on Heroblobs web site and just wondered if anyone had any experience of these things.

No experience of the laminar lip! I am 6' 2" and I do have a touratec clip on screen extension which is excellent you can get them in different sizes but the best thing is they clip on (there is a locking version) and can be quickly taken off for round town stuff.
