I fitted a Laminar Lip about a week ago. Before I fitted it the airflow was directed straight at my visor with the standard GS (05) screen at maximum height.
I set the lip high on the screen as I am quite tall, and it has taken the airflow up considerably, maybe now skimming the top of my helmet. I am not sure that the lip has actually smoothed the airflow as there is still some buffeting.
I am planning to get some of the Saeng edging to try and smooth the airflow off the top edge of the screen. The lip comes with removable fixings, so once the Saeng edging is on I can try with and without lip to get a good comparison.
There are a lot of screen options for the GS and I looked at the various threads for a while before taking the plunge. If you read them all you will see that the different solutions work for some people but not for others, so it does seem to be a bit of a lottery.
Not tried the winglets.
