PW has said it all really, though I might add

Great beach
Great scenery
Great campsite

A lovely weekend away from it all - I hope you can make this a regular event. So, we're all coming down again this Friday I take it ? :D

I'd add

Noisy Neighbours!

25' away and 6X still woke me up with his snoring!!

Top weekend

Big thanks to all who made it such a fantastic weekend, especially Tiff, seen here in 'All Say TOSSER!' mode.

The off road run was a real highlight of the weekend. Don't think I'll wash the bike for a while, the Cornish mud & dirt add to the street cred.

Can't wait for the next one.

Saw a few on the road, 1 bright yellow jacket, can you name yourselfs PLEASE sure one was Yosi, who were the others at the boggie burger stand.
:D

I came past you and Mrs Soft Baps somewhere around Bodmin. I also saw 6X and a couple of others I think somewhere around Wincanton. I was stopped at a Little Chef having a bite to eat. Considering they left an hour before me, I can only assume they had to stop to wind in quite a few pasties on the way!

Off Road run too tough

For those of you who thought the off road run might be a little too tough going for you or the bike, the attached picture shows just how tough it was!

PS: Anyone got any other off-road piccies?

Yes, twas myself, Graham (barcodeman) and Mick (mick_rw) on our way back on the A303. We saw Black adventure with carefully applied spray-on mud outside little chef!

We had to stop a few times to give our sunburnt faces (and heads in the cases of my folicularly challenged co-riders) a break from being rubbed sore with our lids.

So what's in it for me if I don't tell anyone that you applied mud to the ADV to make it look as if you'd been on the off-road trip?

And as for the snoring - er, Pot, Kettle and Black - OK ? :D

Oh b*ll*cks. I thought spraying the mud on whilst it was foggy, I'd get away with it.

My only hope is that Tiff or one of the others will post a piccie to prove we really did get muddy.

Ow....my bum hurts :D just back home and the bike has been unloaded, except for about 3 million splattered bugs which can stay put for a while longer. 2021 km ridden since Thursday morning - every one of them enjoyed hugely. We took the scenic route and managed to ride all through the southern counties mostly on B roads and some great almost empty A roads - only saw the motorway as we came off the channel tunnel when we left at the first exit.

Lands End was the dogs bollox as far as events go. Worth every ache and pain suffered to get there and back....not forgetting the mild hangover on saturday morning too . Thanks for everything Tiffany - a really top event which will be remembered for a long time. It was great to see you all and meet lots of newbies . Uncle Albert's Karaoke will go down as a lasting memory for sure :yikes
Well done to the fabulous 4 for their supreme effort and the great fundraising.....even if I did have to buy my raffles prizes ;) but it's all for a good cause.

I'm going to bed now to rest by aching limbs.....:thumb Pics will follow sometime soon
