Hi just been to my local Sainsburys and they are selling a toshiba satellite l300-20w for £299 with my staff discount i can get it for £270.

Is it a good laptop? is it worth the money? any better options?

do want to get it from Sainsburys as i can use my nectar points to but it.

If you don't need a new laptop right now I would wait a wee while before making a purchase. Windows 7 is due to be released in a couple of weeks, so hopefully there should be bargains to be had when retailers try to offload the soon to be obsolete Vista machines.
