Laptop interference

When my laptops charging its battery I get interference on my LCD TV, in the form of horizontal lines that move slowly down the screen.
Is there anything I can do to filter it out ?

Charge it somewhere else, obvious, I know

Does it stop once it's charged ? If so sounds like an issue we had at work where some monitors had this interference when laptops connnected to them were charging - stopped as soon as the battery was charged.

We swapped out the power supplies to bigger ones suppplied by HP which seemed to cure the problem - not sure if that helps much !

Its stops as soon as the battery is charged only started happening after I swapped the charger for one I got from ebay as the cable on the first one wore through right at the plug.
